Prepped 4 Life is chef owned and operated. We pride ourselves in our commitment to fresh ingredients and nutritious food that is first and foremost delicious. We prepare all of our ingredients in our industrial kitchen and there is always a chef on site who is certified in food safety. We source as many local ingredients as we can and we are constantly looking for new ways to serve our clients.
No, all of our meals are prepared using fresh ingredients and boxed onsite. We use absolutely no preservatives.
There are two ways to reach P4L. You can call us at +1 833 P4L PREP (745 7737) but we prefer you email us at email@example.com. Email is the most efficient option and it leaves a paper trail to trace a customer’s query. Please allow 24 hours for email and phone responses although we usually are pretty prompt.
Currently we deliver anywhere in the Greater Cleveland Area, within approximately a 25 mile radius from our kitchen. If we don't deliver to your zip code, you'll get an error code telling you we don't deliver to your area. Reach out to us and we will let you know if we can bring your meals to you! Our meals are prepared fresh just a day prior to the order being shipped to your home. We do this do insure maximum freshness upon arrival.
Our meals generally are fresh, if appropriately stored and refrigerated, for 5 days after arrival to your home. If you don’t get to your meal, feel free to freeze your meal to ensure prolonged freshness. Just note, you may need to heat your meal longer than described on the package.
Yes! Our meals can be frozen. Please note, you may need to heat your meal longer than described on the package. Meals that are frozen will remain fresh for 1 month.
We deliver on Sundays from 10am - 1pm, or you can pick up on Sundays from 2pm - 3pm. See our pickup locations page.
Yes. Although we do strongly recommend residential delivery, as long as your office building is accessible and within our delivery coverage, we can deliver to your office. Please note, at times orders may arrive after business hours.
Yes. Although, your meals are properly insulated and cooled it is recommended that someone be home to receive your delivery and properly store your food.
If your meals are damaged please take a photo of the meals in question and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly issue you a coupon code for the monetary value of those meals to be used on a subsequent order. If a meal arrives unsealed this is not considered damage. Damaged meals are specifically meals that arrive entirely open with the contents of them outside of the original meal tray.
It doesn't have to be. Recurring orders can be purchased through "Weekly Subscriptions", or you can make one-time purchases through "A La Carte" or "Meal Packs."
