CHEF GEOFF THOMAS
Chef Geoff was raised in the kitchen, under the culinary guidance of his beloved Mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother in San Antonio, Texas. Ever since he was a small boy, Geoff has had a passion and love for memorable culinary creations. In the last several years, Chef Geoff has also become passionate about health and fitness, losing more than 100 pounds, and beginning Prepped 4 Life, a meal prep service, after he saw personal success with attention to nutrition and portion sizes. Thomas, a native Clevelander, holds a degree in advanced culinary arts from Connecticut Culinary Institute as well as a degree in culinary operations and management from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale AZ.
