The food is fresh and high quality. Definitely recommended. Packages have calorie count labels and portion sizes are ideal for those who would like to maintain a calorie-balanced diet. The price is reasonable and within the same range of similar services.
I order the meals for my parents. They’re really impressed with the taste and it’s easy for them to pop in the microwave. This way I’m assured they eat one balanced meal per day. Ordering the meals is effortless and delivery is FREE. We love this service!

I have been using Prepped 4 Life for about 3 weeks now. The meals have been very good and have even allowed me to try new meals I normally wouldn’t have- as I make a move towards “veganism.” I appreciate their work and the foods. I encourage everyone to give Prepped 4 Life a chance.
