Grilled chicken breast and chicken andouille sausage served over gluten free rotini with cajun cauli-fredo sauce, topped with zesty pico de gallo salsa.

Carribean White Fish with Pineapple Salsa

This favorite gives you all the Latin vibes you've been looking for. Our popular chimichurri shrimp served over zoodles with creamy Mexican street corn salad. It doesn't come with maracas but maybe it should!

I have been using Prepped 4 Life for about 3 weeks now. The meals have been very good and have even allowed me to try new meals I normally wouldn’t have- as I make a move towards “veganism.” I appreciate their work and the foods. I encourage everyone to give Prepped 4 Life a chance.
